§ 125.05. VIOLATIONS.

Violations of this chapter shall result in those penalties applicable to a municipal infraction pursuant to Chapter 4 of this Code of Ordinances, for each day or part thereof that the violation occurs. In addition, the City may maintain an action for injunctive relief to stop such prohibited activities.
