Angle or diagonal parking is permitted only in the following locations:

1. First Street.

A. On the north side from Walnut Street to 154 feet west of East Street and from 211 feet west of East Street to Clark Street.

B. On the south side from Maple Street to East Street and from 69 feet west of East Street to Clark Street.

2. Third Street.

A. On the north side from Main Street to Carroll Street.

3. Fifth Street.

A. On the north side from Clark Street to Court Street and Main Street to West Street;

B. On the south side from Clark Street to Court Street and from Main Street to West Street.

A. On the north side from Main Street to West Street;

B. On the south side from Court Street to Adams Street.

5. Eighth Street.

A. On the north side from Adams Street to Carroll Street and Simon Avenue to Quint Avenue;
