§ 69.09. ALL NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED.

No person, except physicians or other persons on emergency calls, shall park a vehicle on any of the following named streets for a period of time longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day.

1. Fourth Street from Main Street to Court Street.
2. Fifth Street from Court Street to Carroll Street.
3. Carroll Street from Fourth Street to Seventh Street.
4. Adams Street from Fourth Street to Seventh Street.
5. Main Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street.
6. Court Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street.
