§ 71.03. PARKING TIME LIMITS.

  • Maximum time limits for parking in public off-street parking areas are established as follows:
    1. Two-Hour Lot. No vehicle shall be parked longer than 120 minutes (2 hours) in any individual parking space within the following municipal parking lots:
    A. Northwest City Hall Lot – That lot lying northwest of the Farner Government Building and immediately east of Main Street. The two-hour restriction shall apply between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    B. Library Parking Lot – That lot lying north of the City Library and immediately west of Court Street. The two-hour restriction shall apply between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
    2. Twenty-Four Hour Lot. No vehicle shall be parked longer than 24 hours in the following parking lots or sections thereof:
    A. Fourth Street Lot, Court Street to Clark Street;
    B. Fourth Street Lot, Main Street to Adams Street.
    3. City Employees Lot. The Fourth Street Parking Lot, Main Street to Court Street, shall be designated as – and restricted to – parking for City employees and persons providing services to the City.
    4. No Parking 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. No vehicle shall be parked between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. in the following parking lots or sections thereof. Exceptions may be authorized by the Police Chief.
    A. Westgate Mall Parking Lot.
